Blend and heat before extrusion
The heater mixer blends and heats plastic compound and additives in a drum so the mix is ready to feed to the extruder. It is used ahead of the extrusion line, for example before a pipe line or twin screw extruder.
PEM-50 or PEM-100
- PEM-50: 50 kg/hr, 20 HP motor, 24 inch drum.
- PEM-100: 100 kg/hr, 30 HP motor, 32 inch drum.
- Choose by the hourly output of the extrusion line it will feed, and your batch size.
- Confirm motor power against your plant’s power supply.
